Kai Cove is a newly renovated beachfront home within the exclusive Cayman Kai area near Rum Point. Blending beach house vibes with Balinese decor, Kai Cove's redesign has been profiled in Real Life Caribbean, a luxury lifestyle magazine.
This stunning home features a new waterfront pool with a veranda lounge plus a private dock for rented jet skis or a boat. Book a charter to Stingray City and request dock service to collect your party from the home's dock.
Nestled on a white sandy beach, Kai Cove is perfect for children looking to play in the sand, or just long afternoons spent lounging by the water. Pool heat is available as an option for US$25 per day.
Both Rum Point Club and the Kaibo Marina are just a short walk away. Guests can pop out for watersport activities, day trips to Camana Bay on the ferry, or enjoy drinks and lunch on the beach.
Kai Cove's 4-bedroom configuration sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably. Infants under 2 sleeping in cribs or pack-n-plays do not count towards occupancy.

Combines Comfort and Luxury
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Kai Cove and it truly exceeded my expectations! The location is simply perfect, nestled right on the beach, providing breathtaking views of the ocean and bio bay. Waking up to the sunrise was an incredible way to start each day.
The house itself was beautifully designed, combining comofrt with a touch of luxury and some funky cool wallpaper. The living spaces were spacious and tastefully decorated, making it easy to relax and unwind. Loved the outside shower area and hammock! The kitchen fully equipped and a nice grill area outside. Perfect spot and resturants in walking distance.
Overall, I highly recommend Kai Cove for anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway. It's stunning location, comofrtable accomodation (4 bedrooms) and exceptional service made for an unforgettable vacation. I can't wait to return!

Beautiful & Relaxing Space
Our family enjoyed Kai Cove for six nights and loved every moment. With four adults and one teenager, we all had more than enough space. The serene location and stunning views of the Biolumiscence Bay made our stay truly memorable. Recommend renting kayaks and paddleboards for your stay and self tour the Bio Bay at night. Penny was so helpful. Thank you for providing such a beautiful and relaxing space. We look forward to returning in the future!

Great Vacation!
We enjoyed our stay at Kai Cove!
The home is beautiful and we had everything we needed. We snorkeled the bay, went to Rum Point during the day and enjoyed breakfast at Kaibo. It was raining both days we had tours so we were sad to not be able to see starfish point or the stingrays. Hopefully next time. Overall, great vacation!
PS: The mosquitos get bad at night- keep the doors closed and get bus spray.

Awe-Inspiring!
Our stay at Kai Cove and throughout Rum Point surpassed our expectations. We highly recommend renting kayaks through GCVC so you can self tour the Bio Bay at night. The sunrise stingray trip with white sand water sports from Kaibo was excellent and so convenient, as was going to Starfish Point at our own pace. Restaurants are limited and over priced, but the pizzas at Rum Point Club were superb! Espresso at Kaibo is a lovely breakfast and coffe stop with great quality caffeine.
Lastly, the house has been awe-inspiring. The decor, the views, the location... it has been a memorable stay and sad it has to end.

Kai Cove
What an incredible property. Quite simply the best rental villa we have ever stayed in. The website really doesn’t do this beautiful beach house justice. Spacious with an understated but quality decor, it felt like we were staying at a 5 star resort. I would not hesitate in recommending this rental and we are most definitely coming back.

Can Hardly Wait To Go Back and Would Highly Recommend This Spectacular Property
We recently had the pleasure of staying at the stunning Kai Cove property for our small wedding, and it felt like our own piece of paradise. The house is beautiful and very spacious, all of our guests were comfortable in their own rooms with en-suites. Not to mention the spectacular view overlooking the private pool and beach, with front row seats to the famous Cayman sunsets every night. It was the perfect venue to handle our entire day’s events, right from having a hair & make-up artist work her magic in the comfort of the luxurious master suite (with excellent lighting!), to having a private chef prepare a delicious multi-course meal for the 8 of us. Our photographer said it was an absolute dream location for a shoot. We can hardly wait to go back and would highly recommend this spectacular property!

Trip of a Lifetime!
Our family had an amazing time. Truly a trip of a lifetime. We Enjoyed biking around the area, Starfish point, Kaibo, and Rum Point. We fished, kayaked, and paddle boarded in the bay and also enjoyed the pool. The house is lovely and so well appointed with everything we needed and more. We look forward to visiting the Caymans again soon!

Kai Cove worked great for our party, ages six months to 70+. The place was recently renovated, and a pool was installed between our booking and travel dates. The shallow end of the pool was perfect for our toddler. We picked up groceries at Foster\'s on our way and cooked most of our meals in the well-equipped kitchen. We also took advantage of Jacques Scott\'s free delivery for alcoholic beverages and rented some baby/toddler items from Tourin\' Tots (who also delivered). We appreciated being on the \"quiet\" side of the island but also liked having the option to walk to Rum Point and Kaibo restaurants and Starfish Point. This place is located on a bioluminescent bay, which was fun to view from the dock at night. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again if we returned to the Cayman Islands.

Perfect Retreat for the Whole Family
Our family had a magical time staying here. Held the stingrays and enjoyed the starfish. Diving was a big hit, Babylon Snappers Hull- a must dive spot. We loved our starting our morning off with a kayak, very peaceful. Rum Point Club was fabulous for afternoon drinks, lunch and card playing. Perfect retreat for the whole family and we will be back.

Loved The House and Location!
We loved the house, loved the location. Being right on the cove gave us the advantage of magnificent sunsets (truly some of the best I\'ve seen) and being able to jump in the water from the back beach, a bioluminescent bay!! Kids loved it. I highly suggest bikes!! Rum Point is a place to its own with plenty to do without leaving. But, the restaurants and beaches were a bit of a walk. Once, twice, OK, but trekking the distance every day, sometime 3-4 times a day, got a bit much. I would not hesitate to return to this property.

The Perfect Stay!
We absolutely loved our stay! It was the perfect stay in the best location. We rented paddle boards for the week and explored from the house everyday. We were able to see starfish and stingrays right off the beach across the bay from the house! We also rented a boat for the day and snorkeled/swam with the rays(good luck kisses!). Kaibo, Over the Edge, and the Caboose were our favorite restaurants; we had the best food at the Caboose! Thank you for allowing us to stay at the house and being the vessel for so many amazing memories! Until next time!

Had a Blast
We had a fantastic time! Very quiet and peaceful. The layout of the home was perfect for 3 couples, or a family to stay in and still maintain privacy and have their own space, if desired. The kitchen was well stocked with every tool needed to cook a great meal. The private lot in the Bioluminescence Cove was perfect for taking the kayak out and seeing the glow of the water. Just a short kayak ride further you can visit Starfish Point. It’s super easy to get to. The Marina was less that 5 min away, making it very convenient to get on a charter to go see Stingray City. Grand Cayman Villas was very responsive on any inquiries we had. The property manager did a great job on filling us in on the local places to go and grocery stores for supplies. Big shout out to Silver Thatch for the discount card and local recommendations. Overall: great place with a great team running it. We had a blast!

We had a great week staying at Sea Cove! The views were great and the place was the perfect size. We loved the beds/bedding- so comfortable. We also loved the location with our own beach in the backyard. Would definitely recommend renting a car- we were able to drive all around the island and explore a ton. The listing was just as described and would love to come back!

Home Away from Home...Magical
Sea Cove provided the perfect escape for our family. The moment we walked into the house, we were overwhelmed with happiness. The house, beach, everything exceeded our expectations. We took photos of the starfish and kissed the stingrays at Stingray Sandbar... We walked, paddle boarded and loved every minute of every adventure. Lifetime of Memories
We are a family of four and brought our daughter\'s boyfriend with us. We love the water so this was our dream trip after being Florida bound over Covid. We enjoyed Rum Point, Starfish Point, Kaibo. We also chartered a boat and went to the stingrays and snorkeling spots off shore. Absolute must do and a highlight of our trip. Over the Edge restaurant has an amazing view and good food. Kaibo BBQ, lunches and coffee shop were wonderful. The bioluminescence in the water is fantastic at night. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home!

Above and beyond
We stayed at SeaCove for 9 days and do not have a single negative thing to say except we wish we could have stayed longer. The villa was beautiful, well stocked, quiet and in a great location - the online pictures do not do it justice. The support staff went above and beyond. We have used GC Villas in the past a few times and have never had an issue. This trip due to a winter storm, our flights were cancelled going home so we needed a place to stay. The people at GC Villas, Jim/Ran/Scott/Penny, could not have been more accommodating and helpful. They always responded to emails within minutes and allowed us to stay the few extra days. Work was being done on a nearby waterline in RumPoint and Penny the property manager also stopped by to make sure we were not affected. Silver Thatch had our kayaks and paddle boards ready to go before we arrived. Hopefully we get the chance to stay at SeaCove again and we will absolutely use Grand Cayman Villas in the future.

Great Place
This was our third stay at Sea Cove. It was recently refurnished, and the house is clean and cozy. The location is great for us. Very quiet and serene with a beautiful view of the bay and within walking distance of Rum Point and Kaibo Marina. We visited Upstairs at Kaibo Marina for dinner a couple of times for their chef tasting menu and it was fantastic though a bit pricy. You can do as much, or as little as you want there. The screen porch was our favorite place to hang out and we spent a lot of time there.

Beauty!
Beautiful home in a lovely spot which is perfect for a romantic getaway – best sunset views! Even better in person than in photos. Very quiet and secluded part of Grand Cayman however also only a 5 min drive to one of the nicest beach bar/restaurants on the island. Booking process was easy with great communication and resources provided by the host, and check-in was smooth and convenient. House is clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you might need. Speedy wifi for WFH.

Paradise
Just the best location on the island bar none. Beautiful, private beach between kaibo beach and rum point. House is equipped with all you need. Snorkeling gear included was a plus. Management was quick to reply with any needs. Hope to be back again soon!

Sea Cove- So Special
This is our second time at Sea Cove and there will be a third! We just love the location. We are water sports nuts and enjoy kayaking, paddle boarding, water sports rentals at Rum Point, trips to Stingray City, long quiet walks, Rest and relaxation away from a hectic work schedule. Beautiful Weather, Beautiful Home
We just returned from our annual summer vacation. While this is our first trip to Grand Cayman, it will not be our last. Coming from North Carolina, we had a direct flight from Charlotte and the rest of the trip went off without a hitch. We worried about driving on the left, but that was very easy, especially once we were out of town. The area where the home is located is private and residential with no traffic. This was a well thought out development on this part of the island. The home was fantastic. Plenty of room for a family of 6 with the converted third bedroom. Even still we never felt cramped at all. The location of the home is excellent. The sunset views are inspiring! The bio cove the home is on is quiet and people kayak at night with bioluminescent GLOWING micro organisms. Trips to Stingray City are a must. Mudslide drinks at Rum Point and Kaibo are wonderful!Cant say enough good things. Now back to work so we can plan another trip to Sea Cove next year!!!!

Wonderful Family Time
We had a great family time vacation with our children at Sea Cove. The 3 kids loved the cove and walking to Rum Point to play with other children. The area was safe enough for the kids to walk there by themselves, although we were just a few minutes behind them. Kayaking in the cove was wonderful. We saw some people with paddle boards - that looked like fun and we will try that next time. The home was well kept and clean. We only spoke with the manager one time when we asked about the drinking water, safe by the way, but she could not have been more friendly and actually told us several things to do, including the Crystal Caves that our kids loved! Scott and Jim were wonderful to work with every step of the way. We will rent from them again. 5 S T A R !!!!

The entire island is only 22 miles wide from west to east, so you are never too far from anywhere on Grand Cayman.
The cove-front homes in Cayman Kai offer calm serene water for docking a rental boat, permitting charter boat pick-up, or just safe shallow water for little children to play in at water's edge.
Adults won’t want to swim in the cove. The water is shallow and has a soft muddy bottom. There is no reef here but we do see the occasional turtle, eagle ray, or tarpon swim by in the shallows. The white sand beach at Rum Point is available and open to the public for swimming.

All beaches in Grand Cayman are technically “public” since the Crown owns up to the high water mark.
The shoreline behind your property may vary seasonally. Be advised, that the beach or water entry behind your property may vary slightly from the images on our website due to weather. The next-door beach is also always available for your use.
Ocean Debris & Sargassum Seaweed
Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally. Sargassum is a generally harmless floating seaweed that has increased in frequency in recent years. Although sargassum is an unsightly nuisance, it is largely seasonal in summer. It is VERY RARE in the Cayman Kai cove.
Our owners do make efforts to remove sargassum and will have the beach raked prior to your arrival.

Rate Details
- 13% Occupancy Tax added to all rates.
- A 10% Guest Service Fee added to all rates.
- A Departure Cleaning Fee is required for all stays.
- A refundable damage deposit of $1,500 is required for all stays.
- Pool heat is available as an option for US$25/day.
- Refundable damage deposits will be returned to the guest 7 days after departure pending any damages.
Booking Rules
- 5 nights minimum stay required year-round.
- 7 nights minimum are required over Christmas and New Year's week.
- Christmas & New Year's dates are split into two rental periods. Please inquire with your travel dates prior to booking.
- Shorter stays may be available but subject to a higher cleaning fee. Please inquire before booking.
- Must be 25 or older to book and must occupy the property during the entire stay.
Villa Cleaning & Sanitation
All villas are cleaned and sanitized prior to each guest's arrival. We also ask our owners to provide a starter supply of extra cleaning products.
Additional housekeeping services can be purchased after booking in 3-hour time blocks. Scheduling may be coordinated with your property manager upon arrival.
