This deceptively large 6,500 sq ft single-story contemporary home was built specifically for entertaining larger families. Twin Palms offers stunning glass-wall views and has a great open-concept feel.

The villa enjoys a deep sandy beach, kayaks for rent, and 10 loungers for sunbathing. We enjoy a small area on the beach that is sandy barefoot entry to the water as well for children.
The owner does not charge an extra fee for spa heat. The pool itself is not heated--even the Ritz-Carlton and Westin hotels do not heat their pools in winter this far south.

Beautiful Villa, Beautiful Island, Amazing Service
We are a family of 13 (ages 13 to 80) who spent a week in the stunning Twin Palms villa…the highlight being the beautiful pool! We had such good service with Grand Cayman Villas & Condos…from start to finish. They answered every question, booked a grand trip on the World Cat boat (with the skilled and fun Warren and Edger as our captains and crew) which was a highlight, helped us find a chef for one evening (Dining@Home…yummy), made sure that everything was clean and ready for us after the hurricane, and arranged cabs. Our local support was Erica who ALWAYS got back to us immediately with every request or question!
We would book the roomy and beautiful Twin Palms again in a minute, and we would book it through Grand Cayman Villas and Condos for their service and support at every step.

Wonderful Property
This is a wonderful property!! Perfect for our group of 14- 3 families traveling together. The house had everything we needed. Spacious bedrooms, comfy beds. The pool, hot tub and game room were perfect for adults and kids! The only downside is the north side of the island was extremely windy the entire week we were there. This limited use of the beach area and kayaks. There was also quite a bit of seaweed covering the beach area and blowing up onto the pool deck due to wind. You do not need to rent extra kayaks from Grand Cayman Villas- 2 kayaks are already on site at the property.

Amazing place for our first 3 generation vacation!
Property was in great condition and was clean and prepared for our arrival by the excellent staff. We booked through VRBO, but would certainly book through grandcaymanvillas.com next time. The house was as advertised - the kids loved the pool and the spacing of the home\'s bedrooms gave everyone privacy but also allowed us to share meals and evenings on the deck. There were pool and beach toys, kayaks and other amenities not mentioned on the description too. The location on the Northside was great for our family - we didn\'t eat out but cooked our own food mostly and had a chef come in for a special occasion meal. The property management staff was amazing at answering questions and quick to respond about the booking process & amenities of the home as well as assisting with our excursions & gear rentals. We had great excursions: a night Bio Bay Electric Boat tour with Cayman Kayaks as well as a Stingray City Charter Boat tour with Silver Thatch Charters. Overall an amazing place for our first 3 generation vacation!

Perfect, Large House!
Perfect large house providing privacy for our 3 generations. Beautiful home decor with everything you need or want. Large pool, game room, theater room were fun extras. We spent more time driving to all the activities and restaurants than we expected. Arranged for Chef Roman 2 nights, who was fantastic! Overall, it was a very happy experience!!

Fabulous Vacation!
Our family had a fabulous vacation at Twin Palms! The villa home was exactly what we had all wished for. The pool & hot tub, the game room, the movie room and the luxurious bedrooms were enjoyed by our children and their young children. The villa home is located close to the botanical garden, parrot sanctuary, the marina and great restaurants. We had a blast!

Spacious, beautiful home with incredible ocean view!
The house is lovely and spacious, well laid out. The large windows overlooking the pool and ocean provide incredible views! The pool and hot tub were well used and the beds are comfortable and kitchen well stocked. We enjoyed using the charcoal grill as well. Liked the convenience to Kaibo for boats and food. Would love to return!

Magnificent House

Terrific find
Our group of 13 (8 adults, 3 kids) spent a wonderful time at this marvelous villa which was just perfect for us. The setup of 7 bedrooms worked so well and allowed activities to continue as various aged children headed off to bed. The hot tub and pool were used constantly when we were home. The villa is well furnished and everyone enjoyed both the games room and the media room. Sunrises viewed from the poolside rooms were appreciated. The caretaker was responsive and the few little issues we had were addressed. Use of the business centre and fitness centre at nearby Silver Thatch made our vacation even better. We had some quite windy days but the pool made up for lack of beach time. When we did get out snorkelling the kids were thrilled with all the conch shells and the reef was aways out but certainly not deep! We had such a great time and highly recommend this villa for large groups.

Perfect for Our Family
Our family of 8 adults and 7 small children stayed here. The pool set was perfect. 1 foot areas and controllable hot tub. The beach was perfect for building sand castles. Living area is super spacious and the kitchen can easily accommodate multiple cooks.

Huge house with amazing pool and hot tub, perfect for families with children. We enjoyed taking the kayaks out and doing some snorkeling right there behind the house. We did a lot of snorkeling all around the island and every place we went was amazing. The property manager was very responsive and kept us informed on all things covid related right up to the day we checked in. All around amazing property.

Twin Palms
I love visiting The Cayman Islands. Twin Palms was the perfect property for my ever growing family. Two wings of bedrooms on either side of the house afforded privacy. But the large open family, dining and kitchen area overlooking the pool and straight onto the beach is where the fun happens.
The house and pool are beautiful and well maintained.
The staff and managers at Grand Cayman Villas and Condos provided references for some excellent services and reservations.

We had an amazing time at Twin Palms in Grand Cayman. The property was clean and every bit as inviting as the pictures. The property manager was very responsive to questions and acted quickly. The team at Silver Thatch was extremely helpful for places to go or restaurants for dining. It was our first visit to the Cayman Islands and we were covered on every aspect of our trip! Highly recommend Twin Palms or any of the Grand Cayman Villas & Condos and would go again!

Perfect Place
This property is the perfect place for a family vacation. The living area is large and open. The house has two wings of bedrooms and baths. But the pool and the beach is where you’ll spend your time.

Not Able To Travel Due to Covid
The property manager could not have done a better job handling the cancellation of our trip because of the virus. Scott was amazing. Excellent communications and when it became clear that we would not be able to stay, he was quick to issue a full refund. Looking forward to trying again soon!

Outstanding!
What can you say! Seven bedrooms with a huge amount of common space plus a game room and a theater room. Had to suffer having a scotch in the hot tube while overlooking the beach. Place was really outstanding and located in the best part of the island. We used the Silver Thatch boat for two trips to sting ray and a tour of part of the island , George and Joe were great. we want to go back

Family get together
We all loved the villa and it’s location. The Rum Point area is low key and not crowded. There were 13 of us with a 18 month old.
Layout of the villa is permits a big group to each get some privacy. Villa is very well equipped and we brought in a chef several times. Only issue is although the hot tube is heated thr pool is not.

Great family retreat
Twin Palms is great for extended families\' vacation. Fantastic, well appointed common space coupled with 7 comfortable bedrooms. Be sure to wear water shoes if going for a walk on the beach, as it quickly gets rocky on either side of Twin Palms, but still a nice walk where you can see crabs, fish and stingrays along the shore. Limited grocery options on that side of the island - Chisolm\'s Grocery is nearby. They are very nice and helpful but pricey and have limited selection, so recommend putting in a large order for delivery from Hurley\'s and supplementing at Chisolm\'s.
Pros:
Fantastic beachfront
Fabulous pool and hot tub (with cool lighting the kids loved)
Great game room (folks played tons of shuffle board)
Separate gaming/movie room (older kids played video games there at night)
Well appointed kitchen (i.e. plenty of plates, utensils, pots, pans, cups, etc.) made it easy to cook (and with two dishwashers, easy to clean up)
Large refrigerator/freezer with secondary refrigerator in garage
Lots of spices in the kitchen
Two sets of LARGE washing and drying machines
Plenty of towels
Extremely clean bathrooms
Two sea kayaks (my kids\' highly recommend a sunrise kayak)
Plenty of parking space (we had three cars and you could easily fit 6)
Cons (all relatively minor):
Hammocks are not properly anchored into trees, which caused a few nicks and scrapes on folks that where in the hammocks when then came out of the trees.
The door to the movie/gaming room does not stay closed (we used a trash can to keep it partially closed).
The house could use a few more extra bed pillows and blankets.
The broom is TINY relative to the large tiled common space -- a larger dust mop would have made sweeping the space easier/faster.

An excellent property for a large family or three families. The pool has a wading area, hot tub and deeper area for older kids. There are pool toys, floats and sand buckets. Shuffle board, foosball table, and pool table were well loved.

Beautiful beach house
This house was perfect for our extended-family Christmas gathering. The home has a wall of glass along the back that affords a beautiful view of the pool and lovely beach. The kitchen was well-equipped and had two dishwashers! The kids loved the game room, media room, and kayaks. The property manager was responsive to our questions. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Vacation!
We had a wonderful vacation! The house and pool were perfect especially with kids 6, 3, 2, & six months old! The house is perfectly equipped with a griddle, blender, and pots & pans being the welcomed surprise. Penni gave a great welcome tour, the beds and sheets were fantastic, great toys here for the pool and beach, and a grill large enough for the 12 of us! Thank you for the vacation of a lifetime!!

Great Experience at Twin Palms
Plenty of room for our 12 member family... beds were comfortable.... fridge and washers and dryers were top notch ... kitchen was well supplied with all cooking utensils and pots and pans. Would have appreciated sugar, flour, stovetop cleaner, baking soda.... pool, hot tub and beach were clean and inviting.

We supply starter sets of paper products, soaps, shampoos, etc. You could have called the manager if we were out of stovetop cleaner. We do not stock perishables and food products in general. Many guests leave dry spices and we keep them.

Lots of Space and Privacy
Perfect property for our group of demanding business owners. Seven adults very comfortably enjoyed the property. Two sets of washers/dryers were great. Split floor plan with lots of great rooms was awesome. The separate 2nd living room with doors for privacy was perfect when the chefs were cooking and we wanted to have a private meeting. Would also be a great relaxing place for a family to unwind. I have nothing negative to say about the property and would highly recommend it. Special thanks to Penni for going the extra mile on every step of the way with this rental. A truly caring property manager.

Delightful Stay for Extended Family
We can with our extended family of 15 people for a spectacular vacation. The house was just what we had hoped for and more. We had a wonderful time on the island - stingray city and the Kaibo beach barbecue were our highlights. The house was a delight. We\'d love to come back! The game room was a big hit as were the kayaks. They made snorkeling much easier. Because of the corals we didn\'t use the beach much, but the pool more than compensated. The short ride to Rum Point and Star Fish point was nice.

Should be more stars to choose from
When we arrived my granddaughter videoed the looks of amazement on our faces. She continued to video the rest of the trip and we are watching it tonight so that we can relive the BEST vacation of our lives. My entire family is still talking about what a great time they had. The house was incredible. Every night there were shuffleboard tournaments. The pool was fantastic. We loved every minute of our stay and can’t wait to go back.

Twin Palms is Beautiful
We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at Twin Palms and appreciate all the help Grand Cayman Villas provided in helping us decide on a location and plan our trip.
Everything about the home was perfect. Comfortable bedding, plenty of room for all. Beach was nice and snorkeling fantastic. We did enjoy our trips out durung the days to Rum Point, Kaibo, Starfish Point, Botanic Gardens, etc. Our trip to Stingray City with Joe at Silver Thatch Charters was memorable and highly recommended.

Amazing House!
The house is amazing, and that would be an understatement. We had seven adults plus a toddler and everything in the villa was perfect. Great location, great privacy, great kitchen, and list goes on and on. My wife thoroughly enjoyed swimming in the pool every day during our six day visit. We had two private chefs and a yoga instructor come over to the villa during the week and the professionalism and knowledge provided from each person was terrific. I strongly recommend this house for a family vacation.

What a View
Great layout and space for everyone.
The home is kept in great condition, everything looks new.
Beach is nice deep sand. Water is shallow for 50\' then nice snorkeling and kayaking.
Rum Point is nearby and Kaibo pizzas are excellent. Tukka restaurant is worth the 15 minute drive. Go early and feed sharks and frigate birds!
We would rent this home again.

Have A Blast At Twin Palms
A family had an absolute blast here at Twin Palms! The pool, the hot tub and beach were amazing. We took the two kayaks, filled to the brim with kids, out to snorkel right in front of the house. The game room was the place to be after it got dark, for both kids and adults. The house was the perfect size for our huge family, with just enough space for us to spread out. The XBOX was a huge hit for the kids. At just over 2 miles from Rum Point, Twin Palms was located just close, yet far enough from the hub. Thanks of r helping us have a great family vacation!

Paradise
Our family visited Twin Palms for the first time and we’ll definitely be back! The home was incredible and fit all 9 of us comfortably. We felt like we all had plenty of space to spread out when needed. We spent a ton of time enjoying the pool and hot tub which was perfect for our little kids (two 15 month olds and a 3 year old) as they had the wading pool areas on both ends. The beach was beautiful (the only drawback being seaweed in the water) and the area quiet though not far from the shops and restaurants at rum point. We also easily drove to attractions and found the location perfect. The guest services were very helpful with equipment and information. The home was well appointed with all the necessities and the view was incredible. We couldn’t have been happier!

WE HAD A GROUP OF 13 RANGING IN AGE FROM 12-70 & TWIN PALMS IS PERFECT FOR FINDING A PRIVATE SPOT TO RELAX OR MANY BIG AREAS TO GET TOGETHER. WE ENJOYED BEING CLOSE TO RUM POINT FOR ACTIVITIES & A LOCAL ISLAND VIBE. THINGS CLOSE EARLY SO GO ENJOY THE DAY OR CATCH THE BEAUTIFUL SUNSET FROM THE POINT.
WE USED A PRIVATE COOK TO CREATE A MEAL AT THE HOUSE FOR OUR LARGE GROUP & IT WAS BY FAR THE BEST WE ATE ALL WEEK! LINDA JACKSON COOKED A DELICIOUS MEAL FOR US & SHOWED HER LOCAL HOSPITALITY LATER IN OUR TRIP TO ARRANGE A RIDE TO THE AIRPORT FOR SOME OF OUR PARTY. WE CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT LINDA & HER DAUGHTER!! YOU WILL NOT REGRET A RELAXING MEAL PREPARED RIGHT IN THIS BEAUTIFUL HOME WITH VIEWS LIKE NO OTHER! TWIN PALMS IS UPSCALE, CLEAN, AND ANYTHING YOU COULD ASK FOR IN AN ISLAND PARADISE AWAY FROM THE TOURIST CROWDS.
CAR RENTAL IS A MUST IF YOU WANT TO EXPLORE ALL THE ISLAND HAS TO OFFER & GROCERY SELECTION IS LIMITED ON THIS SIDE OF THE ISLAND BUT IF YOU STOCK UP BEFORE LEAVING THE AIRPORT AREA YOU WILL BE FINE WITH ACCESS TO LOCAL SPOTS NEARBY IF YOU NEED SOMETHING. OUR TEENS LOVED THE SONOS MUSIC SYSTEM THRU THE HOUSE AND BY THE POOL, THE GAME ROOM, AND THE MOVIE ROOM. First Trip to Grand Cayman!
We recently stayed at Twin Palms with our best friends family and it was absolutely perfect! The pictures just do not do this house justice! From the second we stepped foot in the house, we knew that we would be back next year. When our teenagers weren\'t in the gaming room, they were out snorkeling with the Silver Thatch gear we picked up, kayaking, or over at Rum Point. Our youngest was very fond of the dolphin fountain by the pool. The kitchen was stunning and the bedrooms were very comfortable. We had a chef come one night and cook us a meal, which was delicious. Tukka and the Czech Inn Grill were our favorite spots to eat on the island. The house was exactly what we needed for our two families. We will be back again for sure!

Gorgeous!
I\'d move into this house in a heartbeat if I could! My family loved our trip. My older kids spent everyday kayaking and snorkeling while the younger ones never wanted to get out of the pool. We spent a day at Seven Mile Beach but we preferred the quiet we had at Twin Palms. The beach was gorgeous and the weather was so perfect! Can\'t wait to come back to Twin Palm next year!

Loved Loved Loved It!
We came to the Caymans over our kids spring break and they didn\'t want to leave! Twin Palms was our little heaven on earth. The decor is gorgeous and the pool and beach area is even better!! We rented a car and went all around the island. We all agreed that The Lighthouse\'s lasagna is the best we\'ve ever had! Loved our family trip 🙂

Special Home for Our Family Memories
We visit a tropical island every other year and we chose Grand Cayman this time. Cant believe this was our first time. Small, quaint island. Friendly people everywhere.
Family with younger kids, teens and parents. Plenty of room for a large family. The pool table and shuffleboard were amazing! The furniture is seriously comfortable!! Bedrooms are large. Bathrooms are top of the line.
But the glass wall facing the ocean is what makes this hoe so special!!! Highly recommended to any groups of 8-14 people!!!

Best Decision Ever
We take an annual trip with another couple ever year to a local beach, but this year we thought we would go big and head to Cayman! It was the best decision ever! Plenty of room for both families. Nice soft beach! We loved the privacy we had too! It was perfect because we were still close to the Rum Point Club and Kaibo for dinners. Twin Palms gives you the best of both worlds!

Fourth Time to Grand Cayman
This was our fourth time visiting Grand Cayman. We have always stayed in the Rum Point area. This is our favorite home so far and we will repeat here!!!

Best Vacation We\'ve Ever Had!!
We LOVED our stay at Twin Palms!! After staying at tons of places around the Cayman Islands, this was our favorite! We used the kayaks and snorkel gear a lot! You\'ll definitely want to stop by Silver Thatch to get all kinds of free checkout items. We also got two coolers from there! The kids loved the foosball table! Half the time we couldn\'t get them out of the house!! Best vacation we\'ve ever had!

Summer in Cayman!
We spent a wonderful week on the island in August at Twin Palms. There was a good bit of seaweed around the island, but thankfully not bad at all at Twin Palms. Management was very good about keeping us in the loop on the cause and effect of the \"sargassum seaweed\". That said, we fully enjoyed everything about the home. The 7th bedroom apartment was fantastic for the grand parents. Private, but still an integral part of everything! Kids watched movies at night and were outside during days. The local restaurants were all wonderful. Tukka was a family favorite - get there at 5pm when they feed the frigate birds, tarpon and a small lemon shark!!! Visit Davidoffs Concrete Sculpture Garden!!!

Fantastic Home and Views
Two families on a return trip to Grand Cayman. We chose Twin Palms from several options we considered after asking too many questions! Haha. We were delighted with our choice and thank Grand Cayman Villas for their patience and expertise.
The home is quite large with 7 really nice bedrooms. All beds very comfortable. The game room and theater room were added bonuses. We enjoyed the new pool and hot tub as well as the beach. Kids snorkeled and kayaked every day. We also spent time at Rum Point and Starfish Point (again pointers from the management).
We loved our stay and have already rebooked for 2019!

If only Mother Nature had Cooperated
You\'ve all seen the description \"Pictures don\'t do this home justice\". This certainly fits Twin Palms. The house is huge, very open and well taken care of with all the high end amenities you would need. We spent the first 30 min. just admiring the home and then it was in the pool. We had a group of 11 adults and not once did we feel crowded. Very impressed with Thelda (the property mgr.) had two minor issues which were taken care of immediately as well as one big issue (the A/C leaked out freon) causing one side of the house to get extremely hot. Within a couple hrs (at 8 pm) we had a repairman fixing the problem and by bedtime the house was cool. You don\'t find service like that in the U.S. So why 4 stars? Unfortunately mother nature did not cooperate. The Sargassum Weed; a.k.a. seaweed was horrible. It was piled up on the shore along the entire north side from Rum Point to East End no less than 2 ft. high (3 ft. in some places) as well as in the water thus not the picturesque views we were hoping for and the swimming in the ocean not all that enjoyable causing an odor that was not horrible, but certainly noticeable. Overall we had a great time and would return to this home again hopefully without the Sargassum Weed.

Thank you for your feedback on Twin Palms and Thelda. I wish there was a way we could control Mother Nature. This has been a tough summer all over the Caribbean for sargassum seaweed. This is not seaweed from anywhere near Cayman, but from the Sargasso Sea in the mid-Atlantic, a thousand miles away. Resorts in the eastern Caribbean have closed. Grand Cayman has been affected, but not to the degree of other islands. Please come back another time. --Scott
Far Exceeds ALL Expectations
We recently stayed in Twin Palms with our family for our summer vacation. It was just perfect for us, and we loved all the details in planning for large groups. We enjoyed the privacy and the closeness to Rum Point and Kaibo. It was a fantastic week and everyone loved the pool and the beach. The only drawback was the seaweed. It was all over the beach and in the water. We just went to other places to get in the water and swam at the house in the pool. We will definitely be back in the future!!

Incredible!
This is our 5th visit to the amazing Twin Palms and it just gets better and better every time. The addition of the pool and the hot tub have made it even more of an incredible experience. The minute you walk in, you are swept away by the view of gorgeous blue ocean - as if the home is sitting in the sea. The open concept kitchen/dining/living room make it the perfect place for entertaining . The separate media room is great for kids or private movie watching. The large bedrooms are tastefully decorated and super comfortable with everyone having their own private bathroom and shower. Our family can\'t say enough about this home. We never want to leave and truly feel like we\'ve had the best vacation every time we are there! We can\'t wait for our next visit! There truly is no other place like it here in Cayman.

Fantastic New Home
We rented Twin Palms for Christmas Week and could not be happier with our choice. This is a new home, and although we had some concerns about renting a new home, there were very few hiccups while we were there. The local manager checked in on us a few times to see if we needed anything,
The bedrooms were all fresh and new as you would expect. The kids really enjoyed the game room. The beach was a soft sandy beach and we all enjoyed swimming right off the back beach.
We understand the owner will be installing a large pool in the next few months and we look forward to a return trip. Highly recommend this home - just dont take our time period!!!

Striking Entry
We were completely floored upon walking into Twin Palms. The entire back of the home is glass overlooking the ocean. We just dropped our bags in amazement. Pictures could not prepare us for the beauty of this home, beach, location, everything!! The kitchen was well stocked and well thought through by the owners and management. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated and again, nicer than the pictures! The game room and theater were obvious magnets for our 6 kids.
This was a two family vacation with children aged 6-17. Eveyone had their own space and we simply enjoyed spending our time at Twin palms.
Shoutout to Scott and Jim for helping us arrange the rental and for Rhonda in guest services with thoughtful email links, things to do, restaurants, etc....
If you are thinking about coming to this home, don\'t even think twice. You will not be disappointed.

Fantastic Home and Views
Can not say enough good things about Twin Palms. The location is fantastic, the beach is really nice, the view extraordinary! Nice breezes coming off the water but not windy. The beach was cleaned prior to our arrival and stayed nice throughout our stay.
We have been coming to the Northside/Rum Point area for over 10 times and this home would rate as the best we have stayed in for all of our trips. The home is just huge. The living area gave everyone room to spread out. The kids lover the theater room. We loved the back porch looking out into the ocean.
We snorkeled every day and saw all kinds of fish and a couple small stingrays even... We also ventured out to Rum Point for a couple mornings and took a charter to Stingray City - an absolute must for anyone coming to Grand Cayman....
The restaurants in the area were all nice and we also drove to Tukka and The Italian Kitchen and The Lighthouse. All three were superb and highly recommended...
We didnt want our stay to end and we will be back!!1

The entire island is only 22 miles wide from west to east, so you are never too far from anywhere on Grand Cayman.
The homes on the oceanfront in Rum Point offer great reef-protected snorkeling. The beaches usually have plenty of white sand, but also can have spots of rocky “ironshore” with natural rock formations.
The closer you get to Rum Point, usually the sandier the beach as well as the swimming. Either way, with the abundant marine life we have in the water, you will want to wear pool shoes or fins for foot protection.
Twin Palms offers a very sandy backyard and beach and there are areas in the water that offer some barefoot beach entry—we still recommend water shoes. Excellent snorkeling as well.
The big draw to this area is the proximity to the Rum Point Club, a public beach club that offers a fantastic barefoot beach, many water sports, a restaurant bar and grill, a gift shop, and pick-up beach volleyball games. Also near Rum Point is the Kaibo Yacht Club restaurant, bar, and marina
Lastly, we have 2 large resorts in the east end (Morritt's and The Reef) that offer manicured beaches as well as restaurants, a modern grocery store, liquor store, gift shops, a Subway sandwich shop, and a cafe/pastry shop.
These two resorts also offer scuba, snorkel trips, jet skis, windsurfing, kiteboarding, oceanfront pools, and bar service.

All beaches in Grand Cayman are technically public since the Crown owns up to the high water mark.
The shoreline quality behind your property may vary slightly from the images on our website due to shifting tides and weather patterns. The next-door beach is also always available for your use.
Ocean Debris & Sargassum Seaweed
Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally.
Sargassum is a generally harmless floating seaweed that has increased in frequency over the years during the summer. Our owners do make efforts to remove heavy sargassum and will have the beach raked prior to your arrival.
Should sargassum weed be extremely heavy behind your property, we will reach out to the owner for alternative solutions which may include a partial refund or relocation.

Rate Details
- 13% Occupancy Tax added to all rates
- 12.90% Concierge & Service Fee added to all rates
- 3.50% Admin Fee applied to all reservations
- Villa requires a $1,500 refundable excess cleaning and damages deposit
Booking Rules
- 5 nights minimum stay required.
- 6 nights minimum and full occupancy required over Thanksgiving week.
- 7 nights minimum and full occupancy required over Christmas and New Year's week.
- Christmas & New Year's dates are split into two rental periods. Please inquire with your travel dates prior to booking.
- Shorter stays may be available but subject to a higher cleaning fee. Please inquire before booking.
- Must be 25 years or older to book and must occupy the property during the entire stay.
- Weddings and events with a max of 50 guests permitted with prior written approval and a nonrefundable $2,500 event fee.
- Owner requires a supplemental refundable event damage deposit of $2,500.
Villa Cleaning & Sanitation
All villas are cleaned and sanitized prior to each guest's arrival. We also ask our owners to provide a starter supply of extra cleaning products.
Additional housekeeping services can be purchased after booking in 3-hour time blocks. Scheduling may be coordinated with your property manager upon arrival.
